Privacy & Safety
Registry is built to keep ownership documentation private by default, and to keep outcomes and decisions with the receiving party.
Registry’s role
Registry prepares structured ownership documentation.
We organize identifiers, receipts, files, and timelines so documentation can be reviewed more efficiently by manufacturers, insurers, or service providers.
Boundaries
Registry does not decide outcomes.
Registry does not approve or deny warranties, interpret policy, determine eligibility, assign fault, or determine ownership outcomes. Decisions remain with the receiving party.
Private by default
Records are not publicly searchable.
Item records and ownership information are private by default with controlled access. Registry is not a public directory of items or owners.
Sharing & exports
You control when documentation is shared.
Packets and supporting files can be exported or shared for review when needed. Sharing is intentional and purpose-limited.
Finder reports
No direct finder-to-owner contact.
Finders do not see owner contact information. Owners do not see finder contact information. Registry coordinates recovery communication to keep returns safe.
